Dedicated To Your Company and Your Employees' Unique Needs

By dedicating one or two Consultant Counsellors to your organization and employees, Source Line learns about the unique culture of your organization. This more intimate workplace knowledge helps us to better understand the problems employees and their families can experience at work and home. Our personal and open relationships with key employees, organization and/or union contacts, means we can respond quickly and knowledgeably to anticipate, solve and prevent employee-based problems. Familiarity with the counsellor consultant demystifies and de-stigmatizes counselling.

This integration means consultations on workplace policies and procedures, on topics such as absenteeism, alcohol or other drug use, violence and work-life balance.
