Vince Ferrari

M.S.W., R.S.W

Vince holds a Master's Degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Social Work, and is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

He has over twenty-five years of clinical experience in counselling individuals, couples and families. He has also provided clinical consultation to different public social service agencies and service providers.

He has remained committed to ongoing training in counselling and systems consultation. In the past twelve years, Vince has brought his knowledge and skills to workplace settings, as a consultant counsellor for Source Line. He is a very experienced consultant counsellor providing effective counselling services, management/union relations consultations, and other consultations centred on managing difficult employee situations.

In recent years, Vince has developed an interest and practice, both as a clinician and coaching/training managers, on the application of emotional intelligence principles to interpersonal relationships. He also maintains a private practice in the GTA.
