Russell Carpentier

Russell Carpentier is a clinical social worker who has been working with individuals, couples, and families with children and adolescents for over 30 years. He knows that having someone who can guide us to discover and use our own strengths and resources in new ways can make all the difference in the world. Russell received a Masters Degree in Social Work in 1982 from the University of Toronto. He is certified to practice by the Ontario College of Social Workers.
Russell joined Source Line Inc in 1997. Since that time he has coordinated and provided clinical and organizational consultation and wellness services to several corporate clients and their employees. In addition he has played a key role in the development and delivery of Educational Materials and Training Sessions on the subjects including: Managing Stress, Dealing With Difficult People, and Individual and Organizational Strategies for Managing Shift-work.
Russell's special area of interest involves working with individuals and organizations to assess and encourage the development of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace using the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT).
