Employee Assistance Programs
What is it?
An Employee Assistance Program - EAP - is a confidential, professional counselling service designed to assist employees and members of their immediate families. We encourage you to use it freely, to discuss any personal issue. This can include issues which might affect your health, your family, your general well being, or your ability to be productive and focus at work is where we can help.
You can come to your EAP counsellor as many times as you wish and for long as you need to.
